The hooks available in this Save/Delete Hook Package:
- Automatically Proceed to the Next Status
- This post-save hook for Work Items, Documents (Modules), and Test Runs performs automatic status changes as soon as they become available, i.e., all workflow conditions are fulfilled.
- Hyperlinks 2 Linked Work Items
- This pre-save hook for Work Items adds the Work Item hyperlinks in rich text, table, and test steps fields to linked work items. Work Item links matching the configuration but not present in the fields will be removed.
- Prevent Deletion
- This pre-delete hook prevents the deletion of the Work Items, Documents, and Test Runs matching the configuration.
- Require Comment for Declined Signature
- This pre-save hook requires users to provide a signature comment when declining a document signature.
- Table Row Numberer
- This pre-save hook for Work Items, Documents (Modules), and Test Runs, automatically marks the rows of tables with numbers.
