QRA Platform | QVscribe + ReqWriter

QRA Platform brings deterministic requirements evaluation, AI-assisted rewriting, and quality evidence to Siemens Polarion through QVscribe, ReqWriter, and QRAcloud.

Description

Judged by one engine, rewritten by another, decided by you. Every requirement in Polarion carries its score, its standard, and its history.

AI has made requirements cheap to generate. Proving each one is correct, consistent, and ready for review is harder. QRA Platform brings requirements evaluation, AI-assisted authoring, and quality evidence into Siemens Polarion. QVscribe scores requirements from 1 to 5 against your organization's standards, highlights the exact words behind each finding, and gives you a clear basis for deciding what needs to change. ReqWriter uses those findings to propose a fix you can accept or reject.

Why teams install it

  • Catch defects at the source. Find vague wording, missing imperatives, escape clauses, and EARS violations. Address them before they become design, test, or certification rework.
  • Get reproducible scores. The same requirement, evaluated against the same configuration, gets the same score every time. The result is consistent, explainable, and available for inspection.
  • Generate against your standards. ReqWriter uses QVscribe findings to propose corrected requirements, drawing on INCOSE guidance, EARS templates, your configuration, and glossary filters. QVscribe then rescores the results.
  • Keep the record automatically. Timelines preserve each requirement's history: scores and dates, issues found and resolved, status from draft through review, who worked on it, and the configuration behind every result. That history is available even when no snapshot was taken.
  • Apply one standard across the team. Every author and reviewer works against the same versioned configuration, so requirements are evaluated consistently regardless of who wrote them or where they were authored.

The separation principle

The system that writes is never the system that grades. ReqWriter drafts. QVscribe judges. A model never grades its own work. That separation makes the result defensible.

How it works

  1. Install the browser extension and sign in to QRAcloud.
  2. Open your requirements in Siemens Polarion. Scores and findings appear in context, mapped to the exact text that triggered them.
  3. Author and revise. ReqWriter suggests changes as you work. Accept the suggestions you want to use, and QVscribe rescores the revised requirements.
  4. Open the QRAcloud portal to examine the record. In Timelines, follow a requirement's scores, issues found and resolved, status, contributors, and configuration history. Compare configurations to see how the same requirements score against different standards, and filter results by project or document.

Security and access

  • Read-only synchronization. The Polarion integration does not write to your project.
  • Your existing permissions. Engineers review proposed rewrites and apply accepted changes themselves, using their own Polarion session and permissions. No service accounts or API keys are required for synchronization.
  • Enterprise security. Enterprise SSO and in-region hosting are available.

What's New in Version QRA Platform (September–October 2026)

Updated October 2026

QRA Platform release (September–October 2026): Reliability and sign-in

This release makes QVscribe easier to roll out across enterprise environments and clearer to work with day to day.

- Broader sign-in support: works with a wider range of OAuth2 and OIDC identity providers, with more reliable session renewal to reduce unexpected sign-outs.
- Clear error reporting: if an analysis can't complete, the review panel states the reason.
- Clearer Snapshot messages: if a Snapshot can't be created, for example because two requirements share an ID, QVscribe names the affected IDs and explains what to do next.
- Glossary safeguards: terms that differ only in spacing can no longer be created, and large glossary imports complete quickly.
- Accessibility: the Snapshot Timeline link is reachable by keyboard and has improved contrast.
