Description

Easily add, delete, or fix connections between synced Work Items from another system, such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Azure DevOps, or HP Quality Center.

HOW TO INSTALL

Extract the ZIP for the compatible extension version into your Polarion extensions folder.
- For example, C:\Polarion\polarion\extensions on Windows or /opt/polarion/polarion/extensions on Linux. Then restart Polarion.
When upgrading, replace the previous Sync DB Manager deployment and ensure only one compatible version is installed across the plugins and extensions folders.
Once it is running inside Polarion, it can be accessed using the following URL.
- http://<POLARION-SERVER>/polarion/tools/syncdbmanager
The distribution archive contains installation READMEs and a manual that will help you use the extension.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Delete the ".config" folder in C:\Polarion\polarion\data\workspace.
- Or /opt/polarion/data/workspace on Linux.
Restart Polarion.
