In large projects, after the Requirement Review Meeting, maybe you have to approve hundreds of requirements, that means you  have to perform Approve workflow action on undreds of requirements in one shot.

Unfortunately the Bulk edit facility in Polarion don’t allow to perform the editing on more than 100 Work Items at the same time. The purpose of this extension is to supply a simple way to perform a workflow action on undreds of work items in one shot: you have only to select the workflow action and to define the query for work items selection. If you prefer, you can also create a Score Board wiki page where workflow actions and queries are predefined and embedded in hyperlinks.

This extension is composed by:

• a servlet to perform a workflow action on a set of work items directly out of wiki pages by passing parameters from a wiki page;
• a wiki page were you can select the workflow action to be performed and write and check the query for work items selection;
• a piece of wiki page that creates a requirements Score Board table with links for easy workflow action performing.
